Hotel a Osaka sud

“had to change booking in the middle because i was traveling with kids, and the front desk was very very helpful and cooperative, and they quickly notified such change to Expedia. imagine if it's those "ISO-9000" places, they can easily say things like "sorry, your time window for this and that has been closed". will book this place gain when i do SOLO travel to Osaka next time!”

“I thought the gorilla theme was really cute and liked the shared space dorm feeling. Some guests were cheerful and not especially quiet but once it got late it was quiet and we slept well. It actually felt festive and pleasant. The bath facilities were clean. There could have been more garbage bins as they got full quickly and it became difficult to separate. The space had a good feeling and it was comfortable to sleep on futons even as a family. There's not much privacy so it might not be great...
